Staff Accountant  - Part Time    (24-30 hours per week)

Primary duties include preparation, posting and/ or submission of bank reconciliations, billings for reimbursement from contractual agencies/funding sources, timely external reports for funders, account reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements, and assist with annual budgeting process.  Also responsible to provide financial and production data, budgets and reporting for 1-3 program managers.  This position also partners with the senior accountant, staff accountant and CFO in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.  Minimum requirements include BA/BS degree in accounting, 2-4 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Excel, experience with G/L systems and experience working with a diverse workforce.   Experience with Mas90 and working in a nonprofit setting preferred.   Email resume and cover letter along with availability and salary requirements to:  mresner@arborcircle.org

 

TherapistAllegan County - Community Based & Correctional facility based positions 

Master’s level therapists to provide Mental Health and Substance Abuse treatment to adult individuals and groups in Allegan County correctional facility and / or  Community Based Recovery programs serving Allegan County  populations. Qualified candidates will possess a masters degree, state license, CAADC or CAADC Development Plan eligibility and have experience with clients involved in the legal system.    Proven experience providing service in the home/community working with substance using / co-occurring populations required. Youth Development Team Lead

Full Time position providing supervision and oversight of daily operations for non residential youth development programs serving at risk youth ages 10 – 21.     Primary responsibilities include:  oversee & direct all client care concerns, supervision/oversight of staff, program development/evaluation, provide crisis intervention, assessment, counseling as necessary, and facilitate community outreach and education efforts regarding runaway and homeless youth.  Proven leadership skills, independent decision making, ability to provide clinical consultation to staff in high risk situation and ability to adapt in an ever changing environment required.  MSW or equivalent degree, prior supervision experience and experience working with the adolescent population required.   Position requires occasional evening and on call availability.   Please forward resume to jcnossen@arborcircle.org     

 

 Case Manager – Allegan County Community Based Recovery

Bridge RCC / Residential Direct Care - Bachelors Level  - Part time

The Bridge a short-term residential program serving youth operates on 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift.   Position includes crisis intervention, intake/assessment, counseling, groups and support. >Masters Level Therapist:   We have a wide variety of masters level Therapist positions within our organization.  All masters level positions require a Masters Degree in Social Work or related field, many require full (non limited) licensure and / or other certification (ie CAADC).   If interested in providing Masters level therapy at Arbor Circle, please include information about your level of licensure, certifications and type of position (Community based/outpatient etc.) and populations you wish to work with (Young children, children, adolescents, Adults, Women, Men, SUD diagnosis etc).
