Home-based Therapist

Community Living Supports (CLS) – Part-Time

Wraparound / SED Waiver Supervisor

Full time Masters level position overseeing Wraparound/ SED Waiver services.  Wraparound model involves intensive coordination and family support services.  Primary responsibilities include individual/ group supervision of masters level therapists and bachelors level coordinators; ensuring program  services  are provided to Wraparound model fidelity as defined by the MDCH; coordination with system partners such as child welfare, schools, courts, mental health  etc to facilitate shared family-centered planning/participation; providing training /education about Wraparound model to employees and community partners; reviewing /presenting documentation to a Community Family Team; overseeing SED Waiver client budgets and contracts for services.    Master degree in Social work or related field, valid state licensure (LMSW, LLP or LPC), and experience working with culturally diverse populations required.  Previous supervision experience, Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) and experience with the Wraparound model of care preferred.   Send resume and cover letter to    


Residential Crisis Counselor – Part Time – The Bridge  

Part time positions available on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift for short-term residential program serving youth. Includes crisis intervention, intake/assessment, counseling, groups and support. Social Worker - Outpatient Therapist - MSW/ LMSW  Therapist
