Child Welfare Case Aide - Part-time/variable hours– Muskegon & Ottawa Counties
Position requires late afternoon / early evening hours & some weekend hours

Location:  Muskegon, MI

Child Welfare Case Aide position provides support to Foster Care Caseworkers in Muskegon and Ottawa Counties. Position Responsibilities include includes transport of children and parents, supervising family visits and some documentation. Position Location: Grand Rapids, MI 

Full time MSW/MA to provide community based mental health services for children/families in schools and in community / home settings. Primary work setting is a Grand Rapids public school site.     Responsibilities include individual and in-home family therapy, crisis response, case management and group services provided during the school day and afterschool.  Case loads may include outpatient, home-based services and case management services.

Peer recovery specialist – Women’s Services

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Full time position providing community based peer support to assist women in achieving sustained recovery from a substance use disorder.     Primary role is to serve as a role model through face-to-face meetings, to provide ongoing support in a community setting, case management and consultation.  Peer specialist / Recovery Coach will use their own history with and knowledge of Substance Use and Co-occurring mental health recovery to assist clients in engagement with treatment.  Position works supports clients in reaching their treatment goals and requires previous life experience with substance use, ability to address the recovery needs of individuals and share personal recovery journey- even if recovery path is different from that of the peer specialist.    Position requires previous life experience with substance use, Valid Driver’s License & auto insurance and acceptable driving history, completion of high school education or equivalent, current certification as a Peer Recovery Coach or ability to pursue the certification .  Prior experience working with women in recovery strongly preferred.  Send resume to cworthem@arborcircle.org

Process Improvement Manager

Position Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Leadership position responsible for leading both the continuity and connection of billing / reimbursement to clinical activities / program services and the efficient functioning of all reimbursement activities in a multi-site, non-profit behavioral health organization. Position works closely with the program services, electronic health record and billing teams to eliminate inefficiencies and barriers to operational success and develop innovative and sustainable solutions.  A solid understanding and prior experience in billing and reimbursement, proven ability to analyze and improve work flows, strong communications skills, strong technical skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel) required.      Qualified candidates must thrive in an ever changing environment, serve as an internal change agent,  have a strong understanding of Electronic Health Records systems, have proven ability to foster a welcoming team environment, and proven experience in effectively supervising a diverse team required. Behavioral Health Client Support Supervisor  

Position Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Leadership position responsible for efficient functioning and supervision of client support activities in a multi-site, multi county, non-profit behavioral health organization. Position will supervise support staff, oversee support functions and coordinate customer service work flow across the agency.

Staff Accountant 

Position Location:  Grand Rapids, MI

Primary duties for this full time position include preparation, posting and/ or submission of bank reconciliations, billings for reimbursement from contractual agencies/funding sources, timely external reports for funders, account reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements, and assist with annual budgeting process.  Also responsible to provide financial and production data, budgets and reporting for program managers.  This position also partners with two senior accountants and CFO in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.  Minimum requirements include BA/BS degree in accounting, 1-2 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Excel, experience with G/L systems and experience working with a diverse workforce.   Experience with Mas100 and working in a complex, fast-paced nonprofit setting preferred.
