Each year Arbor Circle guides more than 13,000 people as they learn new skills for their future, work through tough times, or find resources during unexpected change. If we have worked with you before, we hope you know that our door is always open. If this is your first time reaching out to Arbor Circle, welcome!

Whatever you reason for arriving today, we are ready to help you take the next step. Here are some of the questions people have as they get to know Arbor Circle:

I'm dealing with _________. Can you help me?
With more than 35 programs and services in mental health counseling, substance use treatment, and family development, there is a good chance we offer something that may be helpful to you. One way to find out is to use our program search tool, located to the right. Different programs have different requirements. We will be happy to tell you more about programs of interest to you and help you learn whether or not you are eligible.

Feel free to browse our programs and contact us for more information. If you are not eligible for one of our programs but we know of another one that might benefit you, we will do our best to help with a referral. 

Where are programs offered?
We have three locations -- two in Kent County and one in Newaygo County. Some programs even offer in-home services. Click here for directions and bus routes. 

What types of payment do you accept?
Some services are provided free of charge, and others are offered on a sliding fee scale or are covered by insurance. We accept cash, credit, and most insurance. 

Who would I be working with at Arbor Circle?
Our highly-skilled team includes more than 170 counselors and 30 mentors, over 60% of whom have Master's level qualifications. Your specific counselor or program manager will vary. 

How have you helped others who are in my situation?
While we do not know your personal story yet, we hope that some of our clients' stories might show how we work and, most importantly, show that change is possible. You may also want to read more about the way we work. Strong relationships with therapists, mentors, counselors, and others are at the heart of every program and service we offer. The way we build those relationships plays a big role in our clients' success.
