Position Location: Grand Rapids, MI 

Primary duties for this full time position include preparation of billings for reimbursement from contractual agencies/funding sources, timely external reports for funders, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements, and assist with annual budgeting process.  Also responsible to provide financial and production data, budgets and reporting for 1-3 program managers.  This position partners with the senior accountants and CFO in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures. 


Minimum requirements include:

·         BA/BS degree in accounting

·          2-4 years of accounting experience

·          Proficiency in Excel

·          Experience with G/L systems

·         Experience working with a diverse workforce

·         Experience with Mas100 prefered

·         Proven experience working in a complex, detailed, fast-paced nonprofit setting preferred.
