Behavioral Health Client Support Supervisor

Position Location: Grand Rapids, MI 

Leadership position responsible for efficient functioning and supervision of client support activities in a multi-site, multi county, non-profit behavioral health organization. Position will supervise support staff, oversee support functions and coordinate customer service work flow across the agency. 

Preferred candidate will have 3-5 years supervisory experience in customer / client services, prior behavioral health or medical office experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, high level technical proficiency, high level of MS Office (Excel) proficiency, experience working with electronic health records, ability to work effectively and efficiently across multiple programs and sites.  

Qualified candidate must thrive in an ever changing environment, have proven problem solving / work flow experience and proven ability to effectively supervise a diverse team.  Bachelor’s degree in business or social work related field (or equivalent experience) and valid driver’s license / clear driving required.  Position requires occasional travel to sites thru out west Michigan.   Bilingual (Spanish) / Bicultural Candidates encourage to apply.
